Chad A. Rhinesmith, 33, of Millersport, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 31, 2016. Chad was born to David and Joanne (Akers) Rhinesmith in Columbus, Ohio on September 22, 1982. He is preceded in death by his mother; uncle, Carl Chisler; nephew, Bradley "Buck" Rhinesmith and father-in-law, Joseph Hannigan.
Chad is survived by his father and stepmother, David and Diana Rhinesmith; wife, Patty; stepchildren, Micheala and Kevin; siblings, D.J. (Misty) Rhinesmith, Crystal Rhinesmith; stepsister, Michelle (Louis) McClelland; many nieces and nephews who will miss Chad deeply. Sadie, Chad's beloved baby girl, will also feel his loss deeply.
A private, family service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel.
