Mary Ann Blanton, 81; born July 30, 1935 in Meigs County, OH, passed away Nov. 13, 2016. She was preceded in death by parents, Harley G. and Mary Ann Amos; husband, D.H. "Cub" Blanton; siblings, Maxine Nelson, Mary Roberta "Betty" Morrone, Shirley Bell, and Freda Amos.
Mary Ann is survived by children, Robert H. (Marty) Blanton, Marianne (Jerry) Hursey, Jeffrey Blanton, and Mark (Deborah) Blanton; grandchildren, Stephanie (Matt), Nick, Matt, Jason (Lisa), Caitlyn, and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Lauren; siblings, Margaret Price, Glenna Graham, Jean (James) Redden, and Charles H. Amos; nieces, nephews, and many friends.
She graduated from West H.S. in 1953 and retired from Big Bear and Harts. Mary Ann is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 from 10 am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Ann's memory to The American Heart Association, Great Rivers Affiliate, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693.
