Violet G. Bailey, 92, passed away Dec. 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by parents, Roscoe and Nora Borders; siblings, Irene, Everett, Roscoe Jr., Bernard, and Ruby; and husband, James L. Bailey.
Violet is survived by children, Wanda (Bill) Burke, Gary (Marianne) Bailey, Sandy Basil, and Tammy Bailey; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was a proud retiree of JCPenney.
Funeral Service Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016 at 10 am with visitation one hour prior at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Pastor Alan Wright to officiate. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
