Janet D. Bryant, 82, New Albany, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017. Janet was born in Huntington, WV on September 7, 1934, to William Lon and Goldie (Gossett) Bowman and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hubert W. Bryant; sisters, Lois Bryant and Elma Turner; brothers, Paul and Carol Bowman.
Janet is survived by her son, James W. Bryant; former daughter-in-law and husband, Carla and John Karns; sister, Maxine Storey; grandchildren, Jessika Bryant and Jeremy (Lauren) Godwin; great-grandson, Paxton S. Godwin; brother-in-law, James T. Bryant; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, 11AM – 12PM at New Albany First Church of the Nazarene, 6000 Johnstown Road, New Albany, OH 43054 with the Funeral at 12 Noon.
Interment will be at Maplewood Cemetery, New Albany, OH.
