Christopher Alan Smith, age 34 of Columbus, OH passed away on February 25, 2017. He was born on July 15, 1982 in Columbus, OH. Chris loved playing baseball, golf, bowling, soccer, boating and skiing. Christopher is survived by father Jeffrey (Debbie) Smith; children Madison Ayoub, Hadley Lewis, Mason Smith and Carson Smith; girlfriend Leeza Smith; siblings Mike Grogan and Kelly (Randy) Paternoster; uncle Brian Smith; grandmother Juanita Smith; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by mother Patricia (Pilch) Smith.
