Patricia M. Campbell age 77, of Columbus passed away on April 18, 2017. She was born to Charles Simms Sr. and Marian Graham on April 3, 1940. Patricia is survived by sons Richard (Tina) Campbell and Michael Campbell; grandchildren Sean and Zoe Campbell; Terry Weston and a host of loving family members. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Richard D. Campbell, brothers James Simms, Charles Simms Jr., Carl Simms.
Graveside service will be Friday, April 21, 2017 at 10am at Kingwood Memorial Park, Lewis Center Ohio.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association 5455 N. High St. Columbus, Ohio 43214.
