On September 3, 2018, Emerson Willis completed his journey on this earth and has been ushered into the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Preceded in death by brothers Don and Willard Willis.

Emerson was born to Joseph and Irene Willis on Myrtle Ridge in Lawrence County, Ohio on November 20, 1929.
By sheer will and determination, Emerson was named Captain of his Waterloo Wonders high school basketball team. After graduating high school, he entered the US Army, serving in the Army of Occupation in Germany. Emmy was a top salesman at Haydocy Pontiac from 1955 through 2010, achieving Master Salesman Guild status each year, including a term as Cleveland Zone President in 1964. However, he most enjoyed time on the farm with his grandchildren and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Snakes, groundhogs and other varmints will NOT mourn his passing. Emerson was a member of Baptist churches throughout his life, including the Arabia Baptist Church, Northland Missionary Baptist Church, and the Sovereign Grace Baptist Church.
