Monica is survived by mother, Tammy Chaffin; father, Kenneth Jacobs; brother, Kenneth Jacobs Jr.; niece, Kylie Jacobs; grandmother, Paulette Shaw; aunts, Sherry Jacobs and Christina Jacobs; best friend, Tiffany Stewart; many other family and friends.
