Barbara A. Schnitzer
June 18, 1931 — July 7, 2019
Barbara A. Schnitzer, 88, passed away July 7, 2019. She was preceded in death by parents, Percival and Sarah Walton; husband, Frederick J. Schnitzer; two sisters and four brothers; great-granddaughter, Sara Gaddie.
Barbara is survived by children, Frederick C. (Dina) Schnitzer, Debra Schnitzer, LuAnn Hardy, and Sara (Dennis) Hunter; ten grandchildren, Rebecca, Kevin, Jeff, Ryan, Heather, Amber, Grant, Jarrod, Natalie, and Will; eighteen great-grandchildren.
Retired from Sears Distribution Center after 20 years and was a member of Columbia Heights UMC for over 50 years. Barbara enjoyed going to lunch and the movies with her family. She was loved by everyone who met her and will be truly missed.
Visitation Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 1-4pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Monday, July 15, 2019 at 10am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's name to Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, 333 N. Summit St., PO Box, 10086, Toledo, OH 43699-0086.
