Sarah Virginia Allen left this earthly camp and stepped peacefully into the tent of God on August 27, 2019. She was born on December 12, 1919 in Carthage Mo. She has resided in Columbus since 1931.
Known as "Virginia" she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who shared her love of camping, proving "home is where the heart is!"
Cooking, shopping safaris and bargain hunting gave here great joy! She enjoyed long road trips with her family, and delighted in making others happy. She was a devoted member of Al-A-Non and at-tended several churches throughout her lifetime including Maize Road Baptist, First Love and Grace Fellowship Jefferson Campus. She never met a stranger. She called everyone friend!
