Carol Lavern Dickerson

Carol L. Dickerson, of Columbus, Ohio, age 74, found her way to eternal peace, happiness, and rest on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at home-in her own bed on her own terms. She married Ronald A. Dickerson on June 16, 1964 and was his faithful, loyal, and devoted wife for 55 years. Carol's life was full as she raised her daughters, Dawn and Rani. Carol's ultimate joy and delight was found in her four grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her husband, Ronald; daughters, Dawn (David Chase), Rani (James Strapp); grandchildren, Brian Strapp, Adam (Emily) Chase, Melanie Strapp, and David Chase; sisters, Robbie Chaddock and Lori (Matthew) Rivette; special friends, Marilyn Chaddock and Christy Thompson and last but not least her faithful feline friend - KILLER.

The family wishes to thank Sara Townsend for the love, care, and support she gave "Ninja" these last two years. The family will gather at a later date to remember, honor, and celebrate Carol's life. No services will be held.
