Florence Ann Gantt, 77, of Columbus, passed away November 24, 2020.
Ann was born September 15, 1943 in Hilliards, Ohio to Raymond "Red" and Hildred "Hedy" (Segraves) Hamilton.
She was faithful and devoted to her Lord Jesus and family. She faithfully served her church by actively participating in every aspect of the church including playing piano, keeping the Lord's house clean, and keeping the missionary board. To her family and friends, she was known as loving and kind. Always available to listen and offer sound, biblical advise. Her life-long passions were God, family, church, music and gardening.
Ann will be deeply missed by her; children Randy (Karen) Gantt, Laura (David) White; grandchildren Cherise (Phil) Wagner, Sydney (Justin) Brunty, Taylor (Keith Burchfield) Gantt, Amber Gantt; great-grandchildren Kennedy Wagner, Nathan Brunty, Collins Wagner, Lillian Brunty; brothers Perris (Donna), David (Sue), John (Ruth Ann), Tom, and Steve (Jane) Hamilton; sister Sharon Workman, along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband George H. Gantt, brother Mark Hamilton.
Visitation will be Friday, December 4, 2020 from 9am to 10a.m. at Crossroad Baptist Church 5075 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, OH. Service to follow at 10am with Pastor Paul Gabriel officiating. Burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroad Baptist Church 5075 Cleveland Ave. Columbus, OH 43231.
