Kevin Michael Leach, 42, of Whitehall, Ohio, passed away March 30, 2022.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 4, 1979, to Rick and Cindy (Gurio) Leach.
Kevin is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents - Santo and Agnes (Bocook) Gurio and his paternal grandparents - Wallace and Marjorie (Shy) Leach.
Surviving family includes four children: Kaleb, Jacob, Rhyley, and Paizley; sister, Melissa Leach; uncle, Jack (Rhonda) Gurio; aunts, Melody (Gary) Schmitt, Nina (Bob) Deam, Laura Curry Dyer, Kathy (Gary) Pratt; numerous cousins; and parents; Rick and Cindy Leach.
Kevin enjoyed following the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Columbus Blue Jackets as well as patronizing Roosters in Whitehall. Most of all he loved spending time with his son, Jake and his friend, Nicole.
Family will receive friends on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231.
Casual attire is requested. Wear what is comfortable, OSU, Blue Jackets or your favorite team as we celebrate Kevin's love of sports and his life.
