Kevin Joseph Smith, 63, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away September 18, 2022. He was born on February 15, 1959 in Columbus to the late Robert Joseph and Esther Faye (Conkel) Smith.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Dennis Taylor, Shawn Smith; brother, Duane Smith.
Kevin was an animal lover. He was happiest when he was with a dog. Kevin loved classic cars and watching car shows. He also enjoyed watching old television shows. Kevin loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving family includes, children, Ashley (Alex) Baukman, Travis (Danielle) Smith, Heather Smith; siblings, Mark Smith, Todd (Cathy) Smith; 9 grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Kevin will be missed by all those who had the privilege to know him.
Visitation will be held from 5pm-7pm on Tuesday September 27, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, Ohio 43123. The funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday September 28, 2022 at the Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
