Deanna L. Rhone, 84, of Grove City, Ohio passed away at home surrounded by family on March 29, 2024. She was born in Lodi, Ohio on November 2, 1939 to the late Donald and Mary Settlemire.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Betty Simonson.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Jim Rhone, her children, Darcy (Randy) Brown, Dirk (Deedee) Papania, and Jenn Hobbs, her grandchildren, Brice Brown, River Hobbs, Tatum Hobbs, Jessica and Erica Papania, her siblings, Donna (Don) Menz and Gary (Sue) Settlemire, and her granddog, Roxy.
Deanna enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling to Gatlinburg, TN, playing cards and games,
crafting, shopping, and going out for lunch. But, most of all she loved being a Nana.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Mt. Carmel Hospice and Shane Hobbs.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 starting at 6:00pm at Landings at Quail Creek Clubhouse -
5936 Landings Pond Place Grove City, Ohio 43123.
In Lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice in honor of Deanna.
