Cynthia Kay Collins, 59, passed away at Doctor's West on October 23, 2013. Born on March 16, 1954 to the late Tom, Sr. and Shirley (Truitt) Corbin. Cynthia was a longtime employee of Columbus Wood Products. Survived by siblings Tom, Jr. (Lesa) Corbin, Cheryl (Dick) Horton and Erin (Mike) Humphrey, several nieces and nephews.

Burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
