Aashrai Sai Venkat Gudlavalleti

Aashrai Sai Venkat Gudlavalleti came into this world on Feb 18, 1989 much to the joy of his loving parents, Drs. Visala and G.V.S. Murthy and adoring brother, Gaurang. Ever since he was a child, he exhibited a strong passion for reading and an inclination towards learnings through spirituality. No subject was beyond the scope of interest for his curious brain. A brilliant scholar, he worked his way through high school and medical college. Inspired by his parents' accomplishments in the medical field, he chose to specialize in Neurology. He ventured beyond his comfort zone to pursue research in the US. After stints in Boston, Syracuse and Washington, he moved to Marion, Ohio as a freshly minted Neurologist.

Gentle at heart and demeanor, he welcomed the love of his life, Dr. Anusha - another gentle human and an aspiring pediatric cardiologist, in her own right. A meticulous researcher, an avid reader, a patient listener and an accomplished tabla player, he was driven by an innate sense of social responsibility to do good to the people and his patients.

In his short, yet impactful life, he touched many a heart, connecting at a deeper level with everyone. Perhaps a higher purpose was in store for him. He left us on March 12, 2024, leaving sweet and fond memories in his wake.

A service will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 3:15 pm at Newcomer's Northwest Columbus Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, Ohio 43065.
