Adam Christopher Thomas

Adam Christopher Thomas, age 44, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024.

Adam was born on June 17th, 1980 in Tacoma, WA to the late Sharon Thomas (Shawler) and John Thomas. Adam participated in Special Olympics for many years, where he bowled with a team. He was also an active member of Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church.

Adam made friends wherever he went. He will be remembered fondly for his determination, sense of humor, and bright spirit. He had a passion for music - both singing and playing the piano by ear. He also enjoyed making jokes, eating, drawing, eating, taking walks and eating. He was truly an inspiration to so many people in his life.

Adam is survived by his father, John Thomas; his stepmother, Leslie Thomas; his stepmother, Sharon S. Thomas; his siblings, Angela (Lomax) Skinner, Aimee (Michael) Gordon, Andy (Holliday) Thomas, Bobby (Rachel) Thomas, Beverly (Noah) Singer; nieces and nephews, Drew, Max, Aidan, Catherine, Felicity, Ryan, Daniel, Maddie, Autumn, Levi, and Aria. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Thomas (Shawler); grandparents, William and Martha Shawler; grandparents, William and Eloise Thomas.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 30th at 3:00 p.m. at Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church in Hilliard, Ohio. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. A luncheon at the church will follow the service. The burial will be held on Monday, July 1st at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery in Piqua, Ohio.
