Addyson Jean Breehl, infant daughter of William and Shelly Hutchison Breehl, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2006, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. In addition to her parents she is survived by a brother, Blake; sister, Taylor; paternal grandmother, Jeanie (Kenneth) Haney; maternal grandparents, Herbert (Debra) Hutchison; paternal great grandparents, Helen T. Pompey and Mr. & Mrs. John Benjamin; maternal great grandparents, Alfreda Hutchison, Barbara (Harvey) Davis and Robert (Ellen) Andis; uncles, Brad (Trisha) Hutchison, John and Steve Breehl; cousins, Riley, Alexa and Gabrielle Hutchison. She is preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, William C. Breehl; paternal great grandfather, Louis Pompey; maternal great grandfathers, Lee Roy Hutchison Jr. and Willard DeForest. Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E.
