Albert Maurice Hively

Albert Maurice Hively, age 88, passed away at his home on March 29, 2025. Albert was born on March 19, 1937 in Bidwell, Ohio to the late Lee and Marie Hively.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Marietta, his brothers, Charles Lee, Walter, and Joseph.

He is lovingly survived by his wife of 65 years, Florida Hively, his son, Greg (Bobbie) Hively, his granddaughter, Isabel (Alex) Caldwell, his brothers, Edward, Marlin, and Danny.

He loved music, traveling, and hunting. He was a jack-of-all-trades. He retired from General Motors after 31 years. He was a proud Army Veteran. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 for calling hours from 9am-10am with a Funeral Service starting at 10am. A burial service will follow at Vinton Memorial Cemetery.
