She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard "Bernie" Baltzer Sr., parents, Warren and Jenette Neibarger and sister, Barbara Neibarger.
Surviving family includes children, Bernie (Melody) Baltzer Jr., Jane (Rick) Kilbarger, Brian Baltzer, Bernice (Doug) Datz, grandchildren, Ashley Baltzer, Alexander Datz and sister, Janet.
Per her wish, cremation will take place and there will be no formal services.
