Allen Jr. "Nubby", age 45, of Columbus, Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at his home.
Preceded in death by parents, Allen and Mary (Bundy) Shepard.
Survived by sister, Sylvia (John) Horvath of Johnstown.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Pastor Richard Jones Jr. and Oscar McClung for their friendship and guidance in Allen's life and also to all his friends who have helped in many different ways. God Bless.
A celebration of Allen's life will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2013, 1:00 PM at the Hoover Y Park, Lockbourne, Ohio.
