Alma Kanavel

KANAVEL, Alma, 94, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2005. Alma was a member of Worthington Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Goodrich Kanavel; son-in-law, Olen Poff; sister, Ruth Anne Holt and brothers, Millard and William Brooks. Alma is survived by her loving daughter, Martie Poff; granddaughters, Julie (Chuck) McCarville, Vicki (James) Gray; grandsons, David (Donna) Poff, Don (Trisha) Poff; numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231. Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until time of service. Rev. Marshall Hayden will be officiating with interment at Union Cemetery.
