Amanda E. L. Thompson, 31, Columbus, OH. passed away on March 19, 2021.
Amanda was born in Columbus, OH on December 30, 1989 to Robert Kemp, then soon adopted and raised by Deborah Zechar.
She is preceded by her loving mother, Deborah Zechar; grandfather, Tom Osborne; father-in-law, Steve Herrell; and London Maree.
Surviving family includes a loving husband of 11 years, Jonathan Thompson Sr.; daughters, Aleeciah, Harmonii; sons, Jonathan Jr, Jerimyah; mother-in-law, Bonetta Herrell; sisters, Brittany (Jeremy), Neva; sisters-in-law, Angelena, Yalonda (Quentin); cousins, Annie, Katie; nieces, December, DeMaya; uncle, Tim; shortly after Amanda, her grandmother, Helen Zechar, joined her in the sky.
Amanda graduated Columbus State College in 2017 with a Bachelor in Health Information Management Technology; certifying her to work for Ohiohealth helping people.
Her hobbies included; scrapbooking, photography, and framing/collaging.
Amanda's interest were family outings, TV shows like Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Law and Order: SVU. Additional interests were socializing Facebook, and the New Orleans Saints.
Amanda will be truly missed by those who loved her.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 17th, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a Memorial Service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home - 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231.
