In celebration of Andy Komarek. Please raise a cold (preferably free) beer to Andy R. Komarek. Andrew (Andy) R Komarek, age 48, of Westerville, after watching several good friends and family attempt to golf while drinking bad beer decided he had enough! Andy is survived by his sisters: Cheryl, Gabrielle (Guillo), Dani (Eric) and Francesca (David). He loved his nieces and nephews to the moon and back: Frankie, Jessica, Adam, Sophia, Olivia and Jarrod (honorable mentions: Ana and Frannie Alfonzo) Andy is also survived by countless friends who are his family we will not mention, because if we miss one there will be consequences through the end of time. Andy was a fun-loving, brewery/beer expert, bourbon aficionado, music lover, cook connoisseur, gym nut, movie buff who had quite the infectious laugh. He never met a stranger or failed to be kind to absolutely everyone he met. After contacting both Columbus and Westerville City Mayors in order to shut down the city streets for a "Craft Beer, Bourbon and Bacon Fest"; the family was denied a permit. Unfortunately a proper viewing will be from 3-5 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home,3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231. Irish Exits are highly encouraged and expected. Quite frankly, Andy wasn't much for funerals. Immediately following (5-9pm), a proper "Andy" send off will take place at The Peak at Edison for the celebration Andy wanted and deserved.
