Andrew 'Pete' Peter Thomas,
May 19th, 1961 – December 17th. 2021
Pete passed away unexpectedly at his home in Columbus. Pete was the family historian, and record keeper. He was a retired Firefighter and Paramedic for the Columbus Division of Fire, (3-1988 to 10-2014) and also worked as a Paramedic at Nationwide Children's Hospital (6-1991 to 6-2015) Pete was a former combat medic for the National Guard 91B (5-1979 to 5-1992) also serving a short deployment in Honduras.
Pete was preceded in death by parents; Dean Thomas and Rita (Lacher) Thomas, brothers David & John; sister-in-law Patrice; Nephews, Anthony & Thaddeus; Uncle Geno; and Aunt Mary. He will be greatly missed by his Aunt Nancy (John) Sommer; His sister-in-law Patti, siblings, Catherine O'Meara, Christina, Rebecca, Julie (TJ) DiCesare, Lia (Jim) Headings, Steve, Tony (Rita), Danny, Traci Burke, Meg (Marc) Miller, James, Tad; nieces & nephews, Amy (Omar) Zalikha, Justin, Tony (Jessica) Nix, Hollie (Harold Bright) Rockwell, Christopher (Lindsey) DiCesare, Michael DiCesare, Alex & Andrea Headings, Jackie (Peter) Holland, Molly (Michael) Walcome, Shannon, Stacy (Dawson) Mellina, Mellissa (Jacob) Waelder, Christy, Carole, Sara Jean, Joshua (Mary) Schnack, Ali, Erin & Becca Burke, Rachel & Zach Burley, Taylor (Daniel) Goldbach, Marcos & Maxton Miller, Gabriel, Elly & Jack Thomas, Nicole, Grayson, Annie & Sam Thomas; Great nieces & nephews, Ava, Mo & Nick Zalikha, Braydon, Brianna, Brynlee & Berkley Nix, Silas Rockwell, Henry & Luca Holland, Adam, Austin & Samantha Mellina, Molly & Jacqueline Schnack, Harker Burley-Westhora.
Services will be at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on January 8th at 11am.
