Anna Mae Wells, 85, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Columbus on April 4, 1924, Anna was the daughter of William and Dollie (Moore) Blythe. Anna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Wells; daughter, Judith Remali; brother, Russell Blythe. Survivors include daughters, Dolly Ann Hogue, Jeri (Don) Reyna, Irene Wells and Debra Wells; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephew and several close friends. Anna was a member of the Eastern Star. Anna's favorite past-time was spending time with her family and going fishing. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19, 2009, 6-9 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, with the Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Wesley Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice, 793 West State Street, Columbus, OH 43222.
