Anna Schumacher, 70, of Groveport, passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born January 26, 1940, in Pikeville, KY, daughter of the late Everett and Virtie Hatton. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her brothers, Amos and Aaron Paul Hatton. She is survived by her sons, Anthony (Kelly), Mark (Paula), John (Dreama) Gullett and Frank (Shannon) Schumacher; daughters, Kathy Vest and Angela (Todd) Day; former husband, John Gullett; grandchildren, Taya, Jenny, Brittanie, Carissa, Anthony, Cassey, Thomas, Brandon, DeeAndra, Michelle, Marco, Michael, Elijah and Brooke; great grandchildren, Marissa, Olivia, Maranda, Jacob and Mariah. Anna will be greatly missed by her church family at Bible Truth Tabernacle and her dearly loved Pastor, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Evans. Visitation will be Friday, August 20, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Bible Truth Tabernacle, 725 N. Hague Ave. Columbus. Interment will be in Obetz Cemetery. Anna was a loving mother and grandmother with a heart of gold, she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
