Annette Keplar, age 63 of McArthur, OH, went home to be with Jesus on September 1, 2023. She was born on July 28, 1960 in Williamson, WV. She was preceded in death by husband Leo Keplar and father David White. Annette is survived by children Eric White and James (Gabbi) Keplar, mother Janice White Justice, grandchildren Andrew, Adaleia and Annaleigh, siblings Susan (Jack) Johnson, Michael White, Roger (Tammy) White, Tempie (Mike) Dignan and Alan (Terri) White, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
