Annette Sue Massie 79, passed away January 26, 2021. She fought hard against Covid, but her body could not win the battle; her spirit did win and she is reunited with her husband and she is meeting Jesus who promised her a place in His home.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Arnold V. Massie, who passed in 2014; and her parents Ward and Pauline Dailey.
Annette is survived by son, Michael Massie; daughters, Pamela (Jim) Boyd and Carol (Frank) Asencio; grandchildren, Amanda (James) Malinoski, Kristina (David) Anderson, Ellie Boyd and James Boyd; great-granddaughters, Emma and Leah Trainer.
She loved her family and especially cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved the Smokies and her visits there with family and friends. She was active in worship and small group life at Grace Fellowship. Annette retired from Chase Bank after many years of service.
Visitation Friday, February 5, 2021 from 3 to 7 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home, Pastor Daniel Case officiating. Interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester, OH. Donations may also be made in Annette's memory to the Alzheimer's Association , Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd., Columbus, OH 43215; these donations will continue the fight her husband lost to this terrible disease.
