April L. Butts

April Lynn Ott Butts, 62, was born March 14, 1961 and was called home on September 9, 2023. She was preceded in death by parents, Edwin and Thelma Ott; brother, Scott Alan Ott. April is survived by children, Wendy McGinnis, Thomas Butts, and Jessica (Charles) Sanders; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mark (Kathie) Stover, Randy Ott, Eric Ott, Kathy Henry, Brian Ott, Lisa Minniear, Jeff (Christine) Ott, Edwin (Caroline) Ott, Rosemary Humphrey; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

April retired from Pattens Wall Covering. She was known to her siblings as Apple or Sis. Nothing was too good for April; she was appreciative and proud of everything she had. Her kids were her everything and she would do anything for them. One of her greatest accomplishments was going back to school and obtaining her GED. She always had a love for dogs. Her crew included: Bandit, Duck, Minnie, Buttercup, and Coa Coa.

Visitation Friday, September 15, 2023 from 3pm until the time of Funeral Service at 6pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in April's memory to your local Humane Society.
