Arthur E. Parker, 90, Columbus, passed away Monday, September 12, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Arthur was born on July 18, 1921, in Morehead, KY. To Fair and Almara (McClurg) Parker and is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy (Owsley) Parker; brothers, Delmar, Cecil, Zorrie, Lonnie, Harold; sisters, Loni, Annie, Edna, Dora and Minnie. Survivors include his daughter, Margie "Betsy" (Don) Faryman; sister, Georgia Rideout; grandchildren, Tara (Ray) Hazlett, Nicky Faryman and Tommy Faryman; great-grandchildren, Krista, Kara, Larry (aka Mister), Cheyanne, Sapphira, Tori, Donavon, Devon; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Art was a WWII veteran of the US Army and retired from Dublin TV. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Saturday, September 17, 2011, 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens, Westerville, OH.
