Arthur Ray May, 60, of Grove City, passed away July 26, 2006, at Veterans Hospital in Dayton. He was born September 11, 1945, in Cherokee, KY. Arthur served in the Army during Vietnam and received three purple heart awards. He was the son of the late Jeff and Lula Curnette May. He is survived by a son, Curt May; two sisters, Carolyn Elliott and Gloria Ramey; brother, Allen (Juanita) May; former wife Shirley May. He is preceded in death by a brother Carlous "Buddy" May. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM Sunday, July 30, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Monday, July 31, 2006 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
