Autry Nelson

Autry Nelson, age 73 of Grove City, passed away on August 14, 2022. He was born on June 28, 1949 in Gahanna, OH. Autry is survived by his daughters Candy (Ray) Evans and Cindy (Greg) Evans, grandchildren Michael Evans, Kaylee (Cliff) Blankenship, Jessica Morris and Danielle Evans, great grandchildren Jeremy, Briahana, Aurora, Lilliana, Ronnie, Jaxon and Conner and Gloria, the cat. He was preceded in death by wife Ann Nelson and sister Carol Earlenbach.

Autry enjoyed the outdoors and had many hobbies over the years including hunting, fishing, scuba diving, bicycling, kayaking, flying remote control airplanes and drones, target shooting, motorcycling, gaming with friends all over the world and flying his gyrocopter. Autry worked as a semi-truck driver for more than 30 years and is a retiree of Estes Freight Services. He loved his family and grandchildren, enjoyed gatherings and spoiling his cat, Gloria.
