Barbara Ann Boerstler

Barbara Ann Boerstler, born May 26, 1928, in Bellefontaine, Ohio to the late James and Winifred Pryor, passed away at home on March 27, 2013.
She graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 1946. She then attended Ohio University. Barbara married Robert Boerstler in 1951. She was a member of Mifflin Presbyterian Church and was a very active member with the visitation group. Barbara enjoyed calling on shut-ins. She was also a member of Eastern Star and she was involved in various Scottish organizations.
She is survived by son, John, prominent guitarist; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Woods; sister, Patricia Hover; niece, Barbara Coons and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and infant son, Michael.
Family will receive friends from 6 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 with funeral service following at 7 pm. Burial will be Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Bellefontaine Cemetery.
