Barbara "Kay" (Largent) Newman, 72, passed away Dec. 18, 2020.
Kay was born in New Plymouth, OH to the late Patrick A. and Irene V. Largent on April 3, 1948. In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by the father of her children, Tracy L. Newman, Sr.; brother, Patrick "Gunner" Largent; sister, Donna Okazaki.
She is survived by children, Tracy "Lee" Newman Jr., Nathan (Angie) Newman, and Tammy Shrader; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Jordan, Hunter, Joseph, Natalie, Kyle, DJ, Jakob, Mason, and Lukas; great-grandchildren, Gracelynn and Lane; siblings, Beann Courtney, Harry (Nancy) and Jerry (Sue) Largent; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Sandy Largent.
Kay was an amazing cook, loved to bake, and enjoyed her grandchildren. She liked to garden, especially taking care of her tulips.
A special thank you to Doctors West Hospital 6th floor staff for loving Kay like we do.
Visitation Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Tuesday, Dec. 29th at 10am at the Funeral Home. Masks are required for attendance.
