Barbara Sue Thompson, age 70, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 18, 2017. She was born on December 11, 1946 in Ironton, OH.
She was employed for over 30 years in Mental Health Services and was an active member of the West Jefferson Board of Education and Band Boosters in the 1980's to early 1990's.
Surviving family includes husband, Edgar Thompson; children, Sean (Nicole) Thompson and Heather Dawn Thompson; grandchildren, Andrew Joseph Thompson, Haley Dawn Reid, Chase Austin Thompson and Sierra Rose Reid; sister, Patricia K. (Sexton) Warga; niece, Andrea (Jon) Kochensparger; nephew, A J Sexton.
Preceded in death by parents, Andrew Paul Hall and Ceola Bertha Hall (Ison).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Madison Lodge #221, 60 E Main St, 2nd Floor, West Jefferson, OH 43162.
