Barbara "Billie" Sue Yager, 82, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born on December 14, 1940 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Joseph Searles and Hazel Searles.
Barbara is preceded in death by daughter, Karen Yager.
Barbara will be dearly missed by daughter, Kelly (Todd) Tucker; son, Michael Yager; grandchildren, Jason (Allie) Tucker, Travis (Alexis) Tucker, Justin Yager, Jessica Yager, Jennifer Yager and great-grandchildren, Jamison and Reagan Tucker.
Barbara worked many years for the Columbus Board of Education as a school bus driver. After retirement, she worked for over 20 years as a sales associate for Meijer. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231.
