Bernard Neal, 78, passed away August 5, 2003, at Arbors East Nursing Home.
Was loving a father, poppy and a friend to many and will be sadly missed by all. Bernard was a member of the 4th Marine Divison and was in many of the major battles in the Pacific theater during World War ll. Preceded in death by parents, Ralph & Geraldine (Howe) Dixon; brothers, Richard & Joe. Survived by sons, David (Brenda) of Whitehall, and Neal of Gahanna; daughter, Kathleen (George) Juras of Dublin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Rhea (Michael) Potts of Lexington, KY; former wife Jean Dixon of Gahanna. Arrangements completed with NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME. Inurnment Friday 10 A.M. at Dayton National Cemetery 4100 West Third Street. Dayton,.
