Bernice C. Cowman, passed away on September 9, 2010 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born June 9, 1920 to the late Carl and Clara Lustnauer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Norris; son, David R. Norris; brothers, Harold, Al and Milton Lustnauer. Bernice is survived by her husband, Delbert G. Cowman; son, Richard (Audene) Norris of Orient; stepchildren, William (Betty) Cowman, Robert (Nancy) Cowman and Ann Edwards. She worked in the offices of David Davies Meat Packing Co., Mid-Continent Chemical Co., 3M, Green Gables Central Point Drive-In and Burger Boy Food-O-Rama (BBF). Bernice was a lifelong member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Grove City. Visitation will be Monday, September 13, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery.
