Bernice Grizzle, 75, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. Bernice was born to John and Maudie (Parton) Lowe in Sevierville, TN on December 30, 1933, and was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Stella Russell; brother, Baby Lowe; grandson, David W. Evans; sons-in-law, Frank Andrews and Kash Hall. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Grizzle; daughters, B.J. Andrews, Carolyn Hall, Susan (Doyle) Moore, Kathi Russell, Vicky Russell; sister, Edith (Bill) Pugh; 27 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Bernice is also survived by her husband's children, Ronnie (Jacki) Grizzle, Eric Grizzle, Joe Grizzle, Cheryl (Jesse) Hall, J.R. Grizzle and Rhonda Grizzle. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009, 2-4PM & 6-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, November 20, 2009, 11:00 AM at Columbus Revival Center, 1516 West Mound Street, Columbus, OH 43223. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
