Anita "Beth" Flowers - Diles, 54, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away September 27, 2015, at Kobacker House of Columbus. She was born April 28, 1961 in Columbus.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wm. Bud and Beulah Lucille (nee Self) Brookover, son Zachery Flowers, and granddaughter Hailey Flowers.
Surviving are her wife Rebecca L. Diles, daughter Megan Cochenour, sisters Sharon (Richard) Kaiser, and Debra Valentine, brother Allen (Linda) Brookover, grandchildren Austen Smith, Shalee Cochenour, Jerzee and Jordynn Cochenour - Tackett.
Visitation will be Friday October 2, 2015, 5 to 8pm, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH., 43123. Funeral services will be on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 10am, also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Susan B. Komen Foundation or Kobacker House of Columbus.
