Beth Ann Staton

Beth Ann Staton, age 68, of West Jefferson, Ohio passed away on May 29, 2024. She was born on May 4, 1956 to the late Keith and Mary Johnson in Columbus, Ohio.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 29 years, George "Skip" Staton, her son, George Staton Jr, her granddaughter, Tori Anderson, and her brothers, Bobby, Jeff and Keith Johnson.

Beth is survived by her daughter, Mistie, her granddaughters, Kaylee and Madison, her daughter-in-law, Michelle (Mike) Raymond, her siblings, Rodney, Gomer Jr., Mark (Tracy), Kevin, Diane, Patty (Cathy), her best friend, Keitha (Paul), her special cat, Boots, and countless friends and family.

She was an avid crafter who never met a stranger. She loved to travel, and had a heart of gold. She was an extremely giving and caring person who touched many lives. She loved her work and her church. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Family and friends may gather on Monday, June 3, 2024 from 6pm-8pm for visitation hours at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. A funeral will take place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 10am with Pastor John Schouten officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in West Jefferson, Ohio.
