Betty E. Elias, 77, Columbus, passed away Friday, August 03, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Betty was born in Gallia, County Ohio on October 24, 1934, to Wilfred and Gladys Louise (Reid) Edwards and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James E. Elias; daughter, Lisa Lynn Elias; brothers, Donald, Kenneth, Merrill and Robert Edwards.
Survivors include her daughters, Christine Elias, Teresa Hall, Rebecca (Jeff) Demko, Brenda Elias; sister, Kathleen (Dave) Downey; grandchildren, Dawn (Chris) Kaltenbronn, Vincent Kibler, Sarah (Andy) Rowland, Sheena Demko, Shawn (Sarah) Demko; 9 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
