Betty J. Haughn-Priwer, born February 27, 1920, died February 15, 2009 peacefully at home. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Priwer; and parents, William Kegg and Pauline Keller-Haughn. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Priwer; sister in-law, Jean Priwer; nephews, Carl (Jenny) Priwer, Ken Priwer, and David (Sandy) Priwer; niece, Bonnie (Louis) Priwer; and other family members. Betty was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Franklin County Farm Bureau. Visitation will be held one hour prior to funeral service on Thursday, February 19, 2009. Funeral service at 12:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Pastor Donald Allman officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Grove City, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Pilot Dogs, Capital Area Humane Society, or Mt. Carmel Hospice.
