Betty E. (Shuff) Jamison, 60, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2006, surrounded by her loving family. Born, August 29, 1946, to Robert W. and Gladys (Meade) Shuff, Betty is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Roger W. Shuff. Survivors include her twin daughter and son, Julie L. (Bryan) Asbury and James L. (Christine) Shuff; sisters, Nettie M. (John) Highfill, Linda G. (Gary Thompson) Knight; brother, Robert E. (Patricia) Shuff; grandchildren, Maxwell Shuff, Elizabeth Elizondo, Keith Elizondo, Michael Elizondo, Kaley Grace Asbury; life partner, Frank J. Swisher; nephew, James R. Knight; nieces, Stacie M. Knight and Jodie Knight; great nephews, Colton and Tyler Knight; and a host of dear friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Newcomer Funeral Home, Grove City. Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, September 1, at 2:00 p.m. at the Oak Grove Cemetery located on Alkire Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
