Betty Wilma Jean Logsdon, 79 years old, Columbus resident, passed away on Tuesday, February 16th, 2010 at the Columbus Alzheimer Care Center with loving support from Odyssey Hospice. Betty enjoyed traveling and her friends and family. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Charles E. and Catherine (Biggs) Walker, and eight brothers and sisters. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, William "Bill" Logsdon, daughters: Jeanie (Larry) Yingling, Cathy (Alan) Grain, Ina (Jeff) Powers, sons: Bill, J.D. (Cheryl) and David Logsdon, sister Ruth Ann McFann, eighteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, February 19th, 2010, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be Saturday, February 20th, 2010 at 11:00 AM, all at Newcomer Funeral Home SW, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment in Dayton National Cemetery.
