Betty Ann Skinner, 82, passed away on January 4, 2021 at Country Club Rehabilitation Campus, Delaware, Ohio. She was born on July 12, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio. She is survived by her daughters Carolyn Curtis and Elizabeth Baldwin; and siblings Kathy Hakes, Thomas Hixon, Nancy Shisler, Sandy Kincaid, Donald Hixon, Richard McDonald, Rebecca DiFrancesco; 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; and her dearest friend Marcie Hoffman. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by parents Elmer Hixon and Myrtle McDonald; sisters Barbara Boley and Judy Haines.
Betty had a great love of dance and music. You could always find her playing her favorite songs on her Amazon echo, with visitors singing and dancing with her. She also loved sharing her talent for drawing pictures; many caregivers and family members asked for a drawing of their own to keep.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Rd., Grove City on July 10th at 12:00 pm.
