Bettye Sue Ramagasse, 78, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2008 at her residence. She was born April 1, 1930, in Florida, daughter of the late Oscar and Rachel Jeans. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Ann Thomas. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Ramagasse of Columbus; adopted sons, John Thomas of Shelbyville, TN and Jim (Delina) Spires of Grove City; nephew, Dean Thomas; brother-in-law, Claude Thomas and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 22, 2008 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Ave. Columbus, OH 43215.
