It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Beverly Jean Barnes, aged 59, who left us too soon. Beverly had a contagious smile, was a dedicated and compassionate professional, devoting her career to caring for hospice patients. Her kind and generous heart touched the lives of many, always giving more than she received.
Beverly’s love for her family was boundless. She cherished her daughter, Ciara Allen, and adored her only grandchildren, Keyshawn ("Booder") and Kamden ("Kammie"). They were the light of her life, and she never missed an opportunity to show them how much they were loved.
A woman of strength and confidence, Beverly believed in living life to the fullest. She treasured the moments spent on vacations with her family, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Her kindness was unmatched; she would give you her last if you needed it.
Beverly's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her legacy of love, compassion, and selflessness will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her presence.
She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
Beverly was preceded in death by parents, James William Allen and Lillie Allen; sisters, Linda Houston and Deloris Williams; brothers, James Allen Jr and James Allen. Bev is survived by daughter, Ciara (Keyshawn) Graham; grandchildren, Keyshawn and Kamden Graham; siblings, Theodora (Larry Scott) Houston Scott and Yalona (James Smalley) Williams Smalley; several nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
